1. Contracting Party

These Terms govern your use of Git Moving and form a contract between you and DevCake AB.

2. Service Description

Git Moving is a desktop product that triggers movement and exercise reminders in your coding workflow. Features include free and paid tiers, account sync, and optional subscription upgrades.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. We do not store full payment card details.

Taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are handled through Stripe checkout settings and shown at checkout based on your billing details and location.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Our refund and withdrawal terms are described in our Return Policy. Where mandatory consumer laws grant stronger rights, those rights prevail.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with service stability or security
• Share account credentials in ways that circumvent plan limits

8. Intellectual Property

The service, branding, software, and related content are owned by DevCake AB or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service according to these Terms.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update features, pricing, and technical components. We may also suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or legal compliance reasons.

10. Health and Warranty Disclaimer

Git Moving is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting exercise programs.

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
