Return Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies to Git Moving paid plans and explains both our commercial refund policy and your statutory withdrawal rights where consumer law applies.

2. Commercial Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.

3. Renewals

For recurring subscription renewals, we provide a 7-day courtesy refund window from the renewal charge date.

4. EU/EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from purchase date.

By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital services. If you withdraw after service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already provided where law allows.

5. How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal

Email hello@devcake.se from your account email and include:

• Your account email
• Purchase date (or renewal date)
• Request type: refund or withdrawal

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank/card settlement typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

After refund, paid entitlements are removed and the account reverts to the free plan.

7. Exceptions

We may decline abusive or fraudulent refund requests (for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles). This does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
